Following 7 years working as an international tax advisor for major international accountancy firms (Deloitte, KPMG, PWC) around the world, he moved into the trainer field and settled in Japan. Over the last 17 years he has worked with staff at a vast range of blue-chip organizations in all industries including Facebook, Takeda, Mizuho, Roland, ABeam, ABN AMRO, ANA, JTB and the Japanese House of Representatives

He puts this belief into practice through consulting services to various clients to help activate their CSR efforts.
