Robbie began his career as a Clinical Psychologist and worked in this field for a number of years, before joining an organisational consultancy and then moving on to start his own company six years later in 1996.

He has been consulting to a diverse range of blue chip organisations for more than 11 years, and in this time has gained extensive experience in organisational development, human resource management, internal communications and coaching at board level.

His consulting process is grounded in his concept of 'Organisational Intelligence'. Robbie observes that often, even when organisations comprise highly intelligent individuals, together they often fail to act in a cohesive or even an intelligent manner.

Robbie enhances the capability of organisations to better harness their collective intellect by focusing on:

* Building leadership team consensus on what 'success' looks like in the present and in the future
