Zane has more than 27 years experience in Sales and Sales Leadership positions and 12 years delivering Sales related Training and Consulting solutions. Throughout his career Zane has managed, coached and trained over 8,000 sales professionals from 20 different countries, across more than 30 industries.

One of Zane's core focuses field sales coaching. As a result of this focus, Zane spends around 100 days per year training first and second line sales managers how to effectively coach and develop their sales personnel in live selling situations. This approach ensures Zane has the up-to-date field knowledge required to maximize the relevance and impact of his sales performance optimization programs.
