Throughout his career Zane has managed, coached and trained over 8,000 sales professionals from 20 different countries, across more than 30 industries.

One of Zane's core focuses field sales coaching. As a result of this focus, Zane spends around 100 days per year training first and second line sales managers how to effectively coach and develop their sales personnel in live selling situations.
