He works with all levels of management to assist with implementing new skills to improve organisational sustainability. This range of training means Phil has presented to all types and sizes of audience, with the emphasis on practical application of learning.

Phil specialises in helping organisations improve profit ability, by building sales, managing the business better and understanding more about the financial side of business. Recent projects include finance training for SABIC, Goodyear Dunlop, Jaguar Land Rover and a Wind Farm Company. He has advised clients on take overs, provided coaching and leadership skills, and trained Company Directors on their compliance responsibilities.

Phil coaches clients to develop new skills and embed skills from training events, including coaching Company Directors. He runs training internationally, having worked in the US, across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

His qualifications include an MBA from Cranfield University, and he is a Master Practitioner in NLP. He also holds the Financial Planning Certificate, is Level A qualified in Psychometric Testing through the British Psychological Society, and a Graduate CIPD member. In addition he is a Member of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning, The Chartered Institute of Bankers, The Institute of Directors and the Professional Speaking Association.
