Chantal possesses over 17 years of human resource consulting experience, seven years as a consultant in Australia and ten years as an internal business partner and external consultant across the Middle East, the UK & Europe. Chantal is experienced in designing and implementing organisational development, change and talent management strategies. Chantal has gained experience coaching and developing young Emirati talent in order to facilitate knowledge transfer and result in self-sufficiency for Emiratisation. Chantal possesses an ability to interact honestly and create a presence with people at all levels, combined with a strong commitment to client service delivering ‘just-in-time’ solutions to facilitate the aggressive growth of the Middle East.
Chantal possesses industry exposure across Banking & Finance, UAE Federal & Local Government Entities, Telecommunications, Aviation, Professional Services, Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, Real Estate, Insurance, Engineering and FMCG. UAE clients include the Prime Minister’s Office where Chantal coached 10 of the top 30 Executive Leaders in the UAE for their Government Leadership Program over an 18-month period. Chantal also assessed and coached the Top 300 Executives for Etihad Airways. She has also worked on assessing & developing Vice Presidents and young Emirati Talent at FAB Bank. Chantal designed & project managed a global talent assessment Emiratisation program for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation where all 1000 staff were assessed globally for talent management purposes. Chantal acted as a Lead Facilitator & Executive Coach for KPMG’s business school in Melbourne, Australia.
Chantal’s coaching and facilitation approach is behaviourally focused, practical and commercial. She believes in ‘just-in-time’ interventions that can assist coachees to quickly gain self-awareness, develop new skills and apply them, as and when, the business requires them to.
