She has an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Management from the Lally School of Management in the US.
For the past several years, Belina has used applied improvisation techniques in her training, to help people and groups adapt to change, enhance performance, and create sustainable behaviours for creativity. She first studied improvisation techniques in 1996 in New York City, and has since trained with Keith Johnstone, the Loose Moose Theatre, Paul Z Jackson, and several others.
Belina has also performed amateur stand-up comedy to audiences in New York and London and has spoken at two international conferences.
