He is also a Certified Quality Lead Assessor with IRCA of London, England, a trained ISO 14000 / OHSAS 18001 Auditor, a certified QS9000/TS16949 assessor, Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified Quality Manager.

With more than 17 years of top management experience in small to medium size companies and hands-on experience in the Quality/Performance Management profession his areas of specific competence includes speaking and consulting in the development and implementation of quality and environmental management systems, Strategic Management, Performance Based Quality Management, Business Process Improvement/Reengineering, Six Sigma, ISO 9000 Development and Implementation, Quality Cost Management, Systems Assessment, Quality Planning, Supplier Quality Management, and various national quality awards.
