In the last 12 months he has facilitated extensive reliability improvement programmes for a number of companies from Food & Drink, Pharmaceutical, Utilities and Print industries. As well as delivered a number of training workshops on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM)

A time served Manager, with over 20 years massively diverse experience, with an excellent understanding of all manufacturing practices. Starting as a “hands on” Engineer, Service Engineer, through Engineering Management and onto Operational Management in very diverse arenas, spanning Aviation to Food Manufacturing.

Experienced in driving manufacturing change programmes, inclusive of Lean Manufacturing and Equipment Reliability programs in various companies, to successfully deliver increased availability/reduced breakdowns and therefore increased OEE at reduced operational costs. 6 Years + experience of coaching and training individuals and groups of personnel in many subjects from first aid to full Lean Principles, inclusive of “How to coach”
