After starting his career in Training and Education in Helwan University, Dr. Sherif moved into Consultancy in various educational organizations, such as Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime, Cambridge International Examination (CIE), Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO), and in the Canadian International College ( The Company ) and various training companies in the Gulf region in different Countries in Gulf Region.

Dr. Sherif holds a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Management; Helwan University, Egypt. Thesis title: "New Trends in Career Development for Managers" and a M.Sc. from the Faculty of Management; Helwan University, Egypt.

He has subsequently trained/consulted in many industries in UAE, Yemen, Thailand, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, and in Bahrain.
