Pushkaraj completed his post-graduation in Microbiology from University of Pune. His initial work experience in sales, marketing and training complements his outdoor experience of 25 years. He completed the internship program in process work with ISISD in 2001. He is also a certified practitioner for FIRO-B and MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator).
Pushkaraj has been a keen outdoor enthusiast. He has done extensive trekking and mountaineering in Sahyadri and Himalay since 1979 and participated in several rock climbing expeditions in Sahyadri. He has completed an introductory course in whitewater rafting and kayaking. Since 1989, he has worked on more than 400 outdoor developmental programs for various corporate groups in India, Oman and Dubai. Pushkaraj has also facilitated personal growth labs for B-school students.
