| I have been involved in process development sdince my early days at Ruston/GEC Gas Turbines, UNISYS, Brush Electrical Machines. At Philips Electronics this step up a gear with the application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve manufacturing and product development processes and activities. I have been training in this area for over 8 years and have trained in excess of 500 Green Belts, ran action learning lean programmes in businesses and provide Business Process Management training to a wide variety of delegates including a bespoke programme for Munich Re that has been running regularly for over 3 years |

| Development and application of the Balanced Business Scorecard for Business, Public Sector and Not-for Profit organisations. Initially with Atos Origin and Philips Electronics, but since setting business I have ran numerous public and in-house courses. Clients include The Economist, Transport for London, Lloyds of London, Kingston Communications and the NHS. I am a visiting lecturer at Brighton University MBA programme for Balanced Scorecard and currently involved in a research project on BSC implementation. |

| My first involvement in organisational and process change was at Rustons where we implemented the equivalent of SAP in a business of 2500 people - only 3 people knew how to use a keyboard! In addition we were 100 years old and had invented new processes for every new product range. So lots of change experience and lots of process redesign. This continued at UNISYS and Brush Electrical Machines (a dickensian mess!) and then Philips Electronics for c10 years. As well as running Change Management training I also integrate change management principles into all of the consultancy exercises that I have undertaken. |
