Organisational Development and Training:
Presently working as a consultant with a premier firm, specializing in Organizational Development interventions, the major focus being attitudinal and behavioural training. He was earlier a consultant with another eminent consultancy and went on to head the training function at a Pune based International Call Centre where he was responsible for the Customer Delight training.
