In January 1986 this facilitator was as a 20 stone (128 kg) firefighter fighting to save his career. Just four years later he competed for Great Britain in the Fire Brigade world Triathlon championships placing 11th in his race. He then went on to compete at the Ironman distance (2.5 mile swim, 112 mile cycle, 26.2 mile run) completing the distance in 9 hours and 36 minutes.
After moving into a the field of sales with the Dale Carnegie organisation he turned to his talent for inspirational and motivational speaking. He worked with several organisations before starting his own company in 1999.
Like many new companies he had his ups and downs. However, within eighteen months his client list was impressive including the likes of Canon, Honda, Pioneer, The BBC, BUPA, Norwich Union and several sporting orgnisations.
He is an outstanding speaker with an ability to keep his audience entertained and amused whilst making a real difference in their lives by leaving them inspired to achieve their wildest dreams.
He is now in constant demand as both an inspiratonal key note speaker, MC and development trainer. He is skilled at delivering to audiences of all sizes. Be it a 45 minute key note speach or a five-day development programme he is truly inspirational in the whle sense of the word.
