He has had experience at Associate Partner level in both a Provincial and West End practice in specialising in Roadside property. He established his own Consultancy Practice in January 1998.
He continues to act for a wide variety of clients including major oil companies, dealer groups, Plc Companies and private individuals, throughout the country.
He has also been closely involved with a ground-breaking project for the development of large convenience stores, attached to petrol forecourts and has given dissertations regarding the profitability enhancement of forecourts.
He has written numerous articles about this specialist marketplace, which have been published in major trade journals and is also regularly called to speak on this specialist subject.
He is on the President of the RICS's Dispute Resolution panel and is appointed to act as an Independent Expert and Arbitrator on roadside property disputes.
