Once we find the time, we then work on what we do with it. We focus on finding the profitable business from the right customers. In many businesses well over 100% of the profits come from 20% of the customers - the rest are losing money.

To put the System into action he uses his unique 'habit management' techniques to ensure the client achieves their desired time improvements. |
