She is a specialist in strategic talent and change management and works with senior leaders and their teams to improve personal and team effectiveness so that they can lead and manage effective day to operations and be agile enough to lead strategic transformation.
Beverley's varied career, includes teaching PE, sports development and 11 years as a RAF Air Traffic Control Officer.
She was a production control officer at British Airways, where she was responsible for shift workers in the cargo operation. She then moved into change management working with line managers to deliver business change projects at the same time as achieving and improving operational performance. She then moved into a learning and development consultant role within the commercial environment, working with sales teams to improve their strategic account management processes and behaviours and personal and team effectiveness. Beverley also worked with senior teams to design and deploy their business strategies.
Beverley has recently developed the concept of Leanership™ - the art of leadership combined with the science of lean thinking applied by people to create lean enterprise. This innovative approach to helping companies better understand their “organisational DNA” and leverage their core business competence is a passion which she believes can fundamentally change how enterprises transform and in turn create step changes in results.
